Data we collect

When you use the contact form, your email address and message are required. Your name, company, need and budget are optional.

The selected language, submission time and IP address may also be processed to deliver the enquiry, prevent abuse and limit repeated submissions.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your enquiry and preparing a potential contractual relationship: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
• Sending an acknowledgement of your enquiry: legitimate interest.
• Securing the form and preventing abuse: legitimate interest.
• Measuring the audience with Google Analytics: only with your consent.

Recipients and providers

Data is available only to MTECH and the providers required to operate the service: Vercel for website hosting, IONOS for email, and Google Analytics only if you accept it.

MTECH does not sell your personal data.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Vercel and Google may process some data from countries outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, these transfers rely on GDPR mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses and the providers’ supplementary safeguards.

Retention periods

• Prospect enquiries: for the time needed to follow up, then no longer than 3 years after your last contact.
• Technical anti-abuse data: only for as long as needed to protect the form.
• Cookie choice: 6 months.
• Google Analytics cookies, if accepted: no longer than 13 months and without automatic renewal.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses strictly necessary local storage (mtech_cookie_consent_v1) to remember your choice. It does not measure your browsing.

After consent, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies to distinguish visits and produce aggregate statistics. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled. You can reject as easily as accept and withdraw your consent at any time.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time.

To exercise your rights, email contact@mtechparis.com. Proof of identity may be requested only where necessary. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
